I graduated from the University of Southampton School of Medicine and then worked in Poole Hospital for two years before moving to New Zealand where I worked in hospital medicine for a further two years.  I returned to the UK and commenced emergency medicine training but eventually decided to train as a GP instead.  I completed my GP training on the Isle of Wight and started working at Sandown Health Centre in September 2018.  I am a GP partner of The Bay Medical Practice.  During medical school I met my wife who is originally from Sandown.  We were married on the island and have two children who keep us very busy.  In the limited free time I find these days I enjoy rowing and occasionally sailing a Dart 15 catamaran.
