I moved to island in August 2010 to join my husband who is an ENT consultant in St Mary’s Hospital. We have a 6 year old son.
I moved to England in 2001 and did my initial training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for 2 years. I enjoyed working in different parts of UK such as Warwick, Sheffield and Scotland.
I did my vocational training in Merseyside and subsequently worked as a GP for 3 years there. I am interested in Family Planning, women’s health and child health care.
I was impressed by the innovate and inspiring team of Shanklin Medical centre who aim at providing high standards of care to the patients and are ready to face the challenges of the changing health care system.
The beauty and the peace of the island has immensely touched our lives and inspired us. I look forward to explore more of the island in the coming years. In my free time I enjoy nature and going on long walks. I love watching all forms of dance and take a special interest in Indian Classical Dance.
