At The Bay Medical Practice, we offer SystmOnline, a secure online platform that allows patients to manage their healthcare from home. By registering for online access, you can save time and conveniently manage appointments, prescriptions, and medical records.

What Can You Do with SystmOnline?

With a SystmOnline account, you can:

Book and cancel GP appointments
Request repeat prescriptions
View your medical records, including test results and immunisations
Update your contact details
Access health advice and services at any time

SystmOnline is available 24/7 on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

How to Sign Up for SystmOnline

1. Register for Online Access

To sign up for SystmOnline, you will need to complete a registration form and provide identification.

Visit the practice reception and ask for a SystmOnline registration form.
Bring photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence) and proof of address for verification.
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you will need proxy access approval (see our Patient Proxy Access page).

2. Receive Your Login Details

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a username and password to access SystmOnline.

3. Log in to SystmOnline

Go to the SystmOnline login page: SystmOnline Login
Enter your username and password.
Once logged in, you can start managing your healthcare online.

For extra security, you can also access services through the NHS App, which integrates with SystmOnline.

Online Access for Children and Carers

Parents can register for proxy access to manage a child’s healthcare (for children under 11).
Carers and family members can apply for proxy access with the patient’s consent.
