Weโve just completed our first week using Rapid Health, and weโd like to say a big thank you to all our patients for adapting so well to the change.
Rapid Health is designed to make access to care fairer and faster, by prioritising patients based on medical need โ not just when you call.
From Tuesday to Friday, hereโs what we achieved together:
โ 505 appointments were self-booked online by patients using Rapid Health
๐ฉ 433 medical requests were received and reviewed by our clinical team. Patients were:

Offered an appointment

Sent a link to book one themselves

Contacted directly by a clinician

Or directed to another service where appropriate
๐๏ธ 316 admin requests were submitted online, including:

47 fit note requests

30 updates to contact details

22 test result queries

18 referral enquiries

And more, including letters, sick notes, and prescription queries
๐ Rapid Health is available Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
