We are looking for Patient Advisors (GP Receptionists) to join our welcoming, supportive team. This is a rewarding role at the heart of our practice, helping patients navigate services, supporting clinicians, and ensuring the smooth running of our busy GP practice.

A Typical Day in the Role

As a Patient Advisor you may:

• Welcome patients at reception and provide a friendly first point of contact

• Answer calls and help patients access the right care

• Book and manage appointments

• Support clinicians and the wider healthcare team

• Help ensure the practice runs smoothly for both patients and staff

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Passionate about excellent patient service
✔ Friendly, professional and a confident communicator
✔ Organised and calm in a busy healthcare environment
✔ IT literate and open to learning new systems
✔ A supportive team player with a positive attitude

💡 Healthcare or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
