Who is eligible?

The NHS flu vaccine is free for:

• Adults aged 65 and over

• Children aged 2 and 3 years old (nasal spray)

• Eligible patients will receive a text message with a booking link.
• You can call the practice or visit reception to schedule your appointment.
• Flu vaccines are available at both our Sandown and Shanklin branches – your booking confirmation will confirm the location.

How and where will I receive the vaccine?

• Vaccinations are by appointment only at either our Sandown or Shanklin sites.
• Some eligible patients may be able to receive their flu vaccine at a local pharmacy.
• Housebound patients will be contacted to arrange a home visit.

Who is eligible?

The Spring 2025 COVID-19 Booster is available for:

• Adults aged 75 and over
• Residents in care homes for older adults
• People with weakened immune systems

• Eligible patients will receive a text message (AccuRx link) to book their appointment.
• COVID-19 vaccinations cannot be booked via the NHS App – please use the link in the text message or contact reception.

How and where will I receive the vaccine?

• Vaccinations will be offered at our Sandown and Shanklin branches.
• Your appointment confirmation will tell you where to attend.
• If you are housebound, the practice will contact you to arrange a home visit.

The Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine is recommended for:
