Update to our Rapid Health Online Request System
We have introduced a small improvement to our Rapid Health online request system to help patients provide a little more context when submitting a request.
If you complete a request and are not offered an appointment to book immediately, you will now have the option to add a short message (up to 300 characters) explaining your concern.
Before adding a message, you will be asked to select the reason for your request from the following options:
-
Discuss medication
-
Discuss test results
-
Medical advice
-
Medical appointment
-
Nurse appointment
-
Paperwork and admin
-
Prescription
-
Repeat prescription from the last 3 months
-
Referral for test or investigation
-
Referral to specialist
-
Something else
This additional information helps our team better understand the reason for your request and ensure it is directed to the most appropriate member of the team.
Please help us by following these simple steps:
-
Submit one request per problem. If you have more than one concern, please send separate requests.
-
Keep your message brief and focused on the main issue.
-
Include clear information about your symptoms, concern, or reason for contacting us.
Providing clear and relevant information helps us assess requests safely and respond as quickly as possible.
Thank you for helping us keep the system safe and working efficiently for everyone.
